New Psychologist - Ms. Maria Wangeci

We have a new member of staff at the home, Ms. Maria Wangeci.  Maria is a young lady with a Degree in Psychology.  She is currently working on a Masters Degree in Child Psychology.  Since she joined PCH in March this year, she has spent several nights at the home, enabling her to have quality time with the girls, making bonds and getting to know them easily. To quote Maria ..“I received a warm welcome to the home by PCH staff and girls. From observation so far, the staff seems to have good relationships with the girls. As I embark on my new role, I look forward to getting to know the girls better in a bid to help them navigate challenges, equip them with skills for life after PCH, and, more importantly, help them deal with any psychological challenges that they are experiencing”.
