PCH Farm

This spring we had a lot of rain, along with the drip irrigation system that was installed in mid July 2024, we have had a bountiful harvest. Some of the new vegetables we have grown are green peas, arrow roots, aubergine, cucumber, courgette, broccoli, french beans and chayote. The girls have participated in all the planting and harvesting on our farm. Our time working on the farm as a family has made the activity a favorite for most of the girls. The girls have then had the privilege of enjoying the bounty of their hard work with their meals. Although, as with any kids, not all of the vegetables were popular with all the girls. We then were also able to sell the excess vegetables to our neighbors and staff.
